परिक्रमावासियों के सामान्य नियम
1. प्रतिदिन नर्मदा जी में स्नान करें। जलपान भी रेवा जल का ही करें।
2. प्रदक्षिणा में दान ग्रहण न करें। श्रद्धापूर्वक कोई भेजन करावे तो कर लें क्योंकि आतिथ्य सत्कार का अंगीकार करना तीर्थयात्री का धर्म है। त्यागी, विरक्त संत तो भेजन ही नहीं करते भ्क्षिा करते हैं जो अमृत सदृश्य मानी जाती है।
3. व्यर्थ वाद-विवाद, पराई निदा, चुगली न करें। वाणी का संयम बनाए रखें। सदा सत्यवादी रहें।
4. कायिक तप भी सदा अपनाए रहें- देव, द्विज, गुरु, प्राज्ञ पूजनं, शौच, मार्जनाम्। ब्रह्मचर्य, अहिसा च शरीर तप उच्यते।।
5. मनः प्रसादः सौम्य त्वं मौनमात्म विनिग्रह। भव संशुद्धिरित्येतत् मानस तप उच्यते।। (गीता 17वां अध्याय) श्रीमद्वगवतगीता का त्रिविध तप आजीवन मानव मात्र को ग्रहण करना चाहिए। एतदर्थ परिक्रमा वासियों को प्रतिदिन गीता, रामायणादि का पाठ भी करते रहना उचित है।
6. परिक्रमा आरंभ् करने के पूर्व नर्मदा जी में संकल्प करें। माई की कडाही याने हलुआ जैसा प्रसाद बनाकर कन्याओं, साधु-ब्राह्मणों तथा अतिथि अभ्यागतों को यथाशक्ति भेजन करावे।

7. दक्षिण तट की प्रदक्षिणा नर्मदा तट से 5 मील से अधिक दूर और उत्तर तट की प्रदक्षिणा साढे सात मील से अधिक दूर से नहीं करना चाहिए।
8. कहीं भी नर्मदा जी को पार न करें। जहाँ नर्मदा जी में टापू हो गये वहाँ भी न जावें, किन्तु जो सहायक नदियाँ हैं, नर्मजा जी में आकर मिलती हैं, उन्हें भी पार करना आवश्यक हो तो केवल एक बार ही पार करें।
9. चतुर्मास में परिक्रमा न करें। देवशयनी आषाढ शुक्ल एकादशी से कार्तिक शुक्ल एकादशी तक सभी गृहस्थ चतुर्मास मानते हैं। मासत्मासे वैपक्षः की बात को लेकर चार पक्षों का सन्यासी यति प्रायः करते हैं। नर्मदा प्रदक्षिणा वासी विजयादशी तक दशहरा पर्यन्त तीन मास का भी कर लेते हैं। उस समय मैया की कढाई यथाशक्ति करें। कोई-कोई प्रारम्भ् में भी करके प्रसन्न रहते हैं।
10. बहुत सामग्री साथ लेकर न चलें। थोडे हल्के बर्तन तथा थाली कटोरी आदि रखें। सीधा सामान भी एक दो बार पाने योग्य साथ रख लें।
11. बाल न कटवायें। नख भी बारंबार न कटावें। वानप्रस्थी का व्रत लें, ब्रह्मचर्य का पूरा पालन करें। सदाचार अपनायें रहें। श्रृंगार की दृष्टि से तेल आदि कभी न लगावें। साबुन का प्रयोग न करें। शुद्ध मिट्टी का सदा उपयोग करें।
12. परिक्रमा अमरकंटन से प्रारंभ् कर अमरकंटक में ही समाप्त होनी चाहिए। जब परिक्रमा परिपूर्ण हो जाये तब किसी भी एक स्थान पर जाकर भ्गवान शंकर जी का अभ्षिेक कर जल चढावें। पूजाभ्षिेक करें करायें। मुण्डनादि कराकर विधिवत् पुनः स्नानादि, नर्मदा मैया की कढाई उत्साह और सामर्थ्य के अनुसार करें। ब्राह्मण, साधु, अभ्यागतों को, कन्याओं को भी भेजन अवश्य करायें फिर आशीर्वाद ग्रहण करके संकल्प निवृत्त हो जायें और अंत में नर्मदा जी की विनती करें।

Janjati Kalyan Kendra organize devotional programs time to time for awaking the spirituality and faith towards god in the human heart .Which include devotional songs, reading of holy Ramayan etc. The aim to organize such programs is, to connect people to the source of peace and empowerment ‘God’. Because we believe spirituality is centered on the “deepest values and meanings by which people live.” It embraces the idea of an ultimate or an alleged immaterial reality. It envisions an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being.

Choosing a career is not a serious affair until 12th grade. However, once you are done with 12th, it is necessary to choose a definite career and decide a career goal. Choosing the right career option keeping the market in mind is necessary. In addition to this, selecting the right education institution is equally important. Unfortunately, not many students are able to discover their potentials and interests at the stage and this is when pressure starts building. If you are in metro city, mentor are easily available to you but what about Dindori or Tribal area? For this cause we have started asking people to visit our Campus and guide student about shaping their career.

Till now we have organised 5 workshop in our campus. On this chain we have organised, How to prepare public service commision examination, where guidance provided to young people by Mr. Gautam, Mr. Chobey, Mr. Mehra (PSC member MP),Rahul Dhote (IAS),Dr. RP Tiwari VC, Hari Singh Gaur, Dr KapilDev Mishra VC RDVV and Dr. Mukesh Tiwari VC Sahdol.
